On July 28, 2023, Assam Rifles organized a pre-entrance exam for Sainik School at the Government Upper Primary School in Khimyong, Changlang district, Arunachal Pradesh. The exam aimed to identify potential students in classes V and VIII who could qualify for the Sainik School Entrance Exam.
A total of 25 students actively participated in the exam, and the local administration, school teachers, and residents of Khimyong circle villages highly appreciated the efforts made by Assam Rifles. This initiative will help shortlist promising candidates and guide them through preparations for the Sainik School Entrance Exam, including conducting mock test exams.
