Yachuli, May 14: In a shocking incident that unfolded on 10/05/23 at 1000 hrs, the Yachuli Police Station received a distressing First Information Report (FIR) regarding the brutal murder of Mr. Likha Epa and the severe injury inflicted upon Likha Yarin by the alleged assailant, Likha Rita, using a local dao.
Promptly responding to the gravity of the situation, the Yachuli Police Station team, under the direct supervision of Superintendent of Police (SP), sprang into action. Within a matter of hours, Mrs. Likha Rita, the alleged perpetrator, was apprehended, and the weapon of offense utilized in the heinous act was confiscated by the authorities.
Following the swift response and subsequent arrest, Yachuli Police Station registered a case under the provisions of IPC Sections 326/307/302, bearing the case number 04/23. The case has been assigned to Officer-in-Charge (OC) SI T. Uli, who has taken charge of the investigation.
