Thousands take part in last journey of Late Rev. Dr. Joram Dol, the mortal laid to rest in state capital with great honour

ITANAGAR, 13 Apr: Cutting across the denominations, thousands of Christian believers and Christian leaders from several churches and people from other communities across the state and capital complex on Wednesday have paid floral tribute to evangelist Dr. Joram Dol who died on April 11. 

The last rite was performed at the state capital with great honour and several programmes. A procession was started from his residence at F& G sector and proceeded till Christian Revival Church at ESS sector where the funeral service was being conducted, led by Rev. Nabam Sango.

Christian organisation which include Arunachal Christian Forum,  Arunachal Pradesh Catholic Association, The Nyishi Baptist Church, Deepak Nabam Ministry, Grace Covenant Church, Himalayan Church and other Christian associations, Joram welfare society, All Jotsm Joram youth welfare association  have witnessed and given their condolence message and shared their experiences. The family members and relatives of Late Joram Dol which include wife Joram Minu shared her memories and prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul in heavenly abode. 

Former Chief Minister and Sagalee  MLA Nabam Tuki, Mega Food park Lead Promoter Likha Maj, ACF President Toko Teki, ESS Church Secretary Tai Tache, Rev Toko Loma, APCRCC AGS Evan Nabam Maha, PPDCRCC General Secretary Evan Jikke Tachang also spoke on the occasion.

 Dr. Joram Dol died on 11 April in a City hospital in Guwahati due to brief illness.

Earlier Condolences messages has been send by Chief Minister Pema Khandu, former Chief Minister Nabam Tuki, Itanagar MLA Techi Kaso, Janata Dal (United) President Ruhi Tagung, BJP leader Nabam Vivek.

Late Rev. Joram Dol was laid to rest in peace at F& G Sector in the city in the afternoon in presence of thousands of believers.
