SEIJOSA, JULY 27 ; The Pakke-Kessang district BJP incharge Likha Maj along with the BJP state Vice President Tarh Tarak attended the Pakke-Kessang district BJP executive meeting held at the Community hall near here on Tuesday. LIkha maj emphasis the leaders to motivate people to opt for an agri allied sector for aatma nirbhar bharat and self-reliance.
The meeting was held to adopt the resolution moved during the state executive meeting held virtually on July 3, in district as well as on other political resolutions.
Addressing the gathering, Likha Maj said that the state under the BJP government has witnessed tremendous and revolutionary development in every sector. He said, from Agri and allied sectors to health, education and tourism, the state has witnessed an immense growth under the BJP led Chief Minister Pema Khandu.
“We are soon to witness Mega Food Park and Operational Hollongi Airport in the year 2022. It is another example, which indicates the dedication of the BJP government towards the development and employment generation in the state,” he said.
He said that the people of the district are lucky enough that the first time legislator from the district is serving as the BJP president of state. He appealed to the party workers to extend all support to the party and not sell them down the river.
“Due to the ongoing pandemic, uncalled lockdown and curfew has been a problem to discuss every aspect of Party work now. However, we will discuss all those aspects, post-pandemic,” Maj said, appealing to all to create awareness Covid appropriate behaviors and vaccination.
Maj, who is also an established entrepreneur and progressive farmer, said that the district is blessed with ‘potentiality’ and ‘suitable topography’ to be a major thrust in Agriculture & Allied Sectors.
Propagating ‘Integral Humanism’, this was among the ideology of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya, Tarh Tarak said that BJP workers also should know about it and should follow it too.
“Integral Humanism teaches us the feeling of oneness, sharing a common consciousness of national thought. Irrespective of religion, color and race, but unity among all to serve the nation first, then the party and lastly for one’s own,” he said.
He said the party needs such workers, who are dedicated, sincere and honest to their own responsibility.
Earlier, Pakke-Kessang District BJP President Pani Tayam said that he will soon replace the inactive wings and workers of the party for better functionality of the party.
He said that the resolution moved during the state executive meeting should not only remain within district level but also reach to the block level and need to be known to the grassroots level workers.
Tayam also urged the party workers, Panchayat leaders to create awareness on the need of vaccination and ensure every single person in the district is being vaccinated for Covid-19.
