ITANAGAR, OCT 17 : No one will be spared in the illegal teachers appointment case of education department in various district of state. However the investigation is in progress and we are able to present a very strong case in the matter.
The SIC Chief Anant Mital while speaking to media has informed that the SIC is working on the illegal teachers appointment case minutely and investigating the case carefully. As of now two government official has been arrested which include one Jashi Wangsu an accountant of the DDSE office longding, another is retired DDSE of Longdng district Jomdo Lona. He said.
The SIC is investigating the case, detail interrogation is being made, technical analysis is also being made, several documents has been seized in the case. He said.
As of now three cases has been registered by SIC, two cases has been registered on the basis of the department complain and report of the fact finding committee for Longding and Changlang district while third case has been registered by the SIC itself of Anjaw district. He said.
With regards to 28 teachers appointment of Longding and it may increase as the investigation progress but it is the matter of investigation. He said.
Raids and search operation has been made in various parts of state which include Longding, Anjaw, Changlang and Itanagar and has collected several evidences of digital and others which would be helpful in the investigation. He said.
We are collecting evidences and the cases are being investigated. We will present a very strong case and hope all the accused are punished. The SIC SP Mital said.
First the SIC registered case no SIC (VIG) PS C/No. 2/2023 u/s- 120(B)/ 420/409/468/471 IPC R/W Sec 13(2) PC Act 1988 pertaining to illegal appointment of 28 teachers in Longding district. The case of Longding district was registered on 7th July 2023 on the basis of the finding of the fact finding committee report of the education department alleging fake appointment of 28 primary teachers in Longding district. The other case of Changlang district is 03/2023 and the case of Anjaw district is 04/2023.
