Itanagar MLA Techi Kaso flagged off the 17 member team of to Arunachal Curling to play in J&K. players motivated to play well and bring laurel for state. 

BORUM, JAN 04 : The Itanagar local MLA Techi Kaso on Thursday has flagged off the 17 members team of Arunachal curling players for Gumerg who will take part in national event. The flagged off ceremony was held at Borum near Railways station which was attended by the members and executive members of APCA.

The local MLA Kaso interacted the players and motivate them to play the national championship and bring laurel of the state.  The state has lots of potential in sports and our youths can compete with others in all the games and sports but need some specialized training and better coaching which the organization can arrange so that our players are nursed and polished properly.  He said.

One of the important in games and sports is discipline and playing any games and sports with a discipline will yield good result and in such way our players are not winning several medals in several national and international event. He also motivated the players with word of advice to become a good player and good human being and also guide our younger generation in the field. Said Kaso.

APCA President  Riba Pangia Dolo inform that our players are today been flagged off by our local MLA who is the patron of our organization and our guide. MLA Kaso has always been supporting the curling sports and players of our state whenever required. Our players are leaving to Guwahati by train and form Guwahati they will fly to Jammu & Kashmir to attend the 3rd national  curling championship-2024 . the championship is being organised by J & K Curling association from January 5th to 9. 13 male and four female players has been flagged off today. He said.

We have hope that this time also they will play well and bring laurel for out four state like previously. Our players have lots of potential and we have lots of confident on them. Added APCA President.
