Former MLA and former NPP working president Pani Taram joined BJP, Wahge welcome into the party

ITANAGAR, JAN 04 : The former MLA and former NPP state working president Pani Taram on Friday has joined the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at BJP state headquarter in presence of party state president and Pakke Kessang MLA Biyuram Wahge and Vice president Tarh Tarak and others.

Taram represented the 21st Koloriang assembly constituency of Kurung Kumey district form 2014 to 2019. 

Taram was formally welcomed by BJP state president and Pakkekessang MLA Biyuram Wahge in presence of Vice President Tarh Tarak at a simple function held at BJP headquarter on Friday afternoon.

Speaking to media, the former MLA Taram said that “ I contested the assembly election in 2019 from NPP party ticket and against the BJP candidate wherein the BJP candidate has won. Even then I have continued to work for the welfare of the people and development of the area. He said.

The BJP party the world’s  largest political party is putting every efforts to works for the development of India and as well as Arunachal Pradesh but I find that the Koloriang assembly constituency is lacking in developmental spheres and he envisaged that BJP can bring development under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi at centre and  Pema Khandu in the state. I shall work to strengthened of the party right form grass rooth level and will abide by the party direction. He said.

‘I will also ensure that the strong and dedicated leadership Pema Khandu Chief Minister and  BJP President Biyuram Waghe continue and will work as a dedicated party karyakartas under the able leadership’. He said.

When asked about to contest the up-coming assembly election, Taram said that it is a happy occasion for myself and the people of 21st Koloriang assembly constituency that I have joined to the biggest political family. I will work for the people of 21 assembly constituency as a dedicated karyakarta and worker for the all round development of district and state as well. Added Taram.

Meanwhile, the BJP state president when asked said that there was a ban on the joining in the party but after the direction for the high command it was opened and several joining are being witnessed. The joining to the party are being considered under a committee constituted for the purpose. BJP is the world largest party and joining are continue and shall continue to give space to each and everyone those who want to work for the part and development of state and welfare fo people under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Pema Khandu. He said.

The BJP in state has more than 4 lakhs karyakartas and members and it is continuing increasing. Added Wahge.

It is to mention that that Pani Taram son of Late Panu Kanu, a resident of Pani village, Po & PS- Koloriang, Kurung Kumey district has been graduated in BSc (Hons) and has been associated in several social welfare activities in various parts of state and country. Taram has been MLA from 21st Assembly constituency form 2014-19 and a former state NPP working president
