Health & family welfare Jt Secretary visited TRIHMS, take part in  Swacchta hi Seva program with medical fraternity and students 

NAHARLAGUN, OCT 1 : The Ministry of H&FW GoI Joint Secretary Rajiv Manjhi on Sunday arrived at state capital on his two day visit and visited the lone Tomo Riba institute of health & medicals science (TRIHMS). The officers take part in social service and Swacchta hi Seva program with medical fraternity and students.

The union Jt Secretary Health & FW was accompanied with NHM, Managing Director Marge Sora and visited several parts of the medical college and participated in Swacchta Hi Seva program at TRIHMS Hospital. The programme was led by CMS TRIHMS Dr D Raina and visited the newly developed centers of Medical College and assured support to  the improvement of the Medical College from the MOHFW, Govt. of India in the upcoming areas of Geriatric care. 

The Officers and volunteers in cleaning the TRIHMSH campus and the Lumer Dai Road. It was followed by a visit of the Block II facilities and an interactive session, during which the CMS TRIHMS submitted a memorandum with a list of demands for the future up-gradation of TRIHMS.  The Jt Secretary Manjhi also made a brief PPT presentation highlighting the initiative and achievements in the Health Sector under the present Govt and also assured to take a considerate view on the proposals that will be submitted through proper channel.

The Swacchta hi Seva was participated by the Officers of DHS, DFW, DME T&R. Arunachal Pradesh Nursing School and Volunteers (TRIHMS MBBS Students (30), Nursing Students (90) & TRIHMS MTS (20). CMS Dr. D Raina, NHM Nodal officer Dr. Dimong Padung, HoDs of various department of TRIHMS, officers, officials and staffs of TRIHMS and others were present on the occasion.
