Fire devour several dwelling near Pig farm in Karsingsa

ITANAGAR, JAN 23 : A massive fire incident which broke out near Pig farm at Karsinga in the capital house has made five family members homeless. 

The fire has engulfed all the households and personal belongings of the family. The sources said. 

SDPO Dekio Gumja informed that the fire was massive which broke out at wee hours and the firefighters from Naharlagun have visited and taken part in dousing the officer from spreading into the locality.  

Five families remain homeless and as per information the houses were gutted down in a fire incident at near pig farm Karsingsa in which almost all the household belongings turned into ash. The house of Kipa Takap, Yapu Hai, Jogen Borah Bengia Yatup and one OBT of of Tadar Tajuk was completed gutted and all the property turned into ash. Added. SDPO Gumja.

Meanwhile the Naharlagun fire station officer incharge Tayar Tare informed that a fire call was received at around 4 AM. During the fire accident five government bachelor barracks of the veterinary department were gutted. He said.

Two fire tenders were pressed into service and were able to control the fire from spreading into the locality. The cause of the fire is stated to be an electric short circuit. No loss of life and injury was reported in the incident. The loss of property is being done.  Said OC Fire Tare.
