Assam Rifles, in an effort to promote the celebrations of International Yoga Day, organized a yoga session in collaboration with the local community at Village Hedman. The event, known as ‘Har Aangan Yoga,’ aimed to create awareness and educate the local population about the importance of yoga in maintaining physical and mental well-being.
A total of 25 enthusiastic youth from Hedman village actively participated in the event, demonstrating their commitment to leading a healthy lifestyle. Under the guidance of trained yoga instructors, the participants engaged in various yoga postures and breathing exercises, enhancing their body awareness, strength, flexibility, and overall mental resilience.
