The lecture was organised in Khimyong village of Arunachal Pradesh. A total of 40 youth club members and youngsters from villages of khimyong circle attended the lecture. The lecture started with a motivational video of security forces and brief video explaining agniveer scheme followed by various ways in which they can be part of elite security forces of India, Agniveer scheme, Tradesmen rally of Assam Rifles, Benefits of joining security forces, Basic qualification required for applying for recruitment rally and procedures.
They were also explained regarding ill effects of insurgency and how it has proven to be a major obstacle in development of the village.
The youngsters and villagers expressed their profound gratitude and thanked Assam Rifles for organizing such lecture in the village.
The event was culminated with group photo followed by lunch.
