APSEA general body meet held, various grievances of employees discussed. Resolved to rededicate themselves with renewed zeal

ITANAGAR, AUGUST 21 : The Arunachal Pradesh secretariat employees association (APSEA) on Saturday held its general body meeting and discussed various issue and grievance of the employees and resolved to rededicate them solved for the cause of development of state.  

The organisation which was not so active previously but under the leadership the new executive body constituted under the leadership of Tage Grayu President, Yangbiu Pale Vice President, Rigo Bam General Secretary and Babita Chowlu women wing president and twenty five others has reeducate themselves to work for the welfare its members in particular and AP Civil Secretariat and state as a whole for all round development.  

Speaking to media, The APSEWA President Tage Grayu said that all the executive body members and senior members has put forward grievance sans issue related to employees and other issues. The house discussed various issues regarding the A.P. Secretariat like career progression of employees, transfer & posting policy vis a vis political involvement in transfer/posting in Secretariat Service Cadre , work culture, vehicle parking regulation etc. visit of guest and visitors in secretariat campus. he said.

While expressing gratitude to the state government for welfare measures implemented through Cadre Review of Secretariat, establishment of an SBI branch and ATM in Secretariat complex, the house resolved to further improve the work culture and efficiency and urged upon the executive members to impress upon all the employees of secretariat to improve work culture and efficiency and skill and rededicate themselves to fro the welfare of employees. He said.

Further, APSEA appreciated state Govt. for establishment APSSB and strengthening of APPSC which will result in effective administration in entire state administration system. 

General Secretary, women wing. Pema Sorang, Finance secretary Bengia Cecilia, Chief Auditor Tadap Maling among other also take part in discussion.
