Naharlagun, May 5: The Arunachal Pradesh Lawn Tennis Association (APLTA) has changed its name to Arunachal Tennis Association (ATA) following a meeting led by its president Dr. Hatobin Mai and secretary general Ram Tajo here on Saturday.
ATA president Dr. Mai said the Association would work with a renewed zeal to give the State’s lawn tennis players a platform to hone their skills before competing at the national level.
He further divulged that efforts are on to open tennis courts in the State, beginning with the Capital Complex.
