ITANAGAR, JUNE 8 : The three days refresher training course for pre-primary school teachers concluded here at DK Convention centre on Wednesday with three days long training on various aspects to impart knowledge and teaching to small children.
Addressing the media, programme coordinator Mido Kamki informed that due to large numbers of pre-primary teachers batch wise has been called at state capital for imparting training by various resource persons and professors who have vast knowledge of imparting education and knowledge to small childrens. He said.
State Project Director, ISSE Pige Legu, Spl. SPD Nangram Pingkap, Prof. Boa Reena Tok, Prof. Kesang Degi and Prof. Elizabeth Hangsing of department of Education, RGU, Doimukh have givens knowledge to deal with small kids and give them special care and attention and education and improvement of education foundation of state. Kamki said.
Rtd, Lecturer from DIET PK Chakraborty, Puppetry expert Sher Singh from Aligarh, UP, Shoma Dey Barman, DRG from ICR DDSE Office, Mudang Omo, Lecturer of SCERT also share their experience and knowledge to enrich the pre primary teachers of state. he said.
After this batch the 2nd and 3rd batch will be called for refresher training as per scheduled so that all the teachers are enriched by the new education policy of the country and they refreshed themselves so that they can take more care to the basic learning and foundation of the education system in the state is improved. Kamki said.
The teachers should ensure that the students have Safe drinking water, health and hygiene system, clean toilets for both boys and girls, space for playing games and sports, audio visual system if possible, invite parents as a resource person, workshop every month and invite any important person of the area who can guide the children. Invite and involve parents as a teacher.
Arrange video and movies and films for several important children’s behavior. Our children are our hope so the teachers are being paid as a salary to teach and guide the children to become a fine gentleman and serve the society and guide humanity.
Pre primary education is the most important level of education which is the foundation of the education and therefore the system need to be strengthened and for strengthening all the person attached with the system they have to be trained and refreshed son that they can deliver good to the masses for a better future of our children who will serve the society.
