2nd tallest tri-colour national flag hoisted very near to Indo-China border near LAC at Gelling village

ITANAGAR,  AUGUST 15 : The 2nd highest tricolor national flag has been hosted very near to Indo-China border near LAC at last Indian village Gelling in Upper Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh on August 15 2022 on account of 76 independence celebration.

The 2nd tallest national flag fly high to commemorate the 75th years of India independence and Azadi ka amrit mahotsave in the last Indian border village in Arunachal Pradesh. The Border Road Organisation (BRO) hoist the 67 feet tall tri colour (Tiranga) the pride of our country at last Indian village Gelling close to the Line of actual control (LAC) in Arunachal Pradesh. A sources said.

The Border Roads organization Project Brahmank on the occasion of Independence Day hoisted a 67 feet tall Tiranga at last Indian Village Gelling and dedicated it to the brave and patriotic people of Arunachal Pradesh. This is second highest National Flag in Arunachal Pradesh after 104 feet high National flag recently hosted by Chief Minister Pema Khandu in Tawanag. The sources said.

In terms of distance from LAC, this is the highest Tiranga so close to LAC. Standing tall the National flag at Gelling the last Indian village gives a clear message of a new, strong and self-reliant India and patriotism among the village residing in the international border. 

The Border Roads Organisation besides constructing huge network of roads in remote border areas of the country is also playing a leading role towards National integration and speeding Nationalism in the larger population on the country through such noble efforts.
