ZPM Tok Tama interacted local denizens and shopkeepers of Lekhi area, urge upon  all to coordinate each other for keeping area in peace, communal harmony and abide by rules of panchayat

LEKHI, JULY 24 : The Borum ZPM Tok Tama while addressing an interaction programme of locals and businessmen and shopkeepers and building owners has urged the dwellers to abide by the rules and regulation of the Panchayat for a peaceful coexistence and maintain rule of law.

Tama said The Lekhi area is in rural and the administrative jurisdiction lies in the capital administration and as per information there are around three hundred shops and business establishment so they should also abide by the rule of law in regards to cleanliness, garbage management, keeping of CCTV in their respective establishment, in any case of problem, they need to contact the PRI leaders including the GBs who are for the service of general masses. He said.

We have already adopted resolution for the wellbeing of the locals and people living in the area so everyone should understand the ned of hour and abide the guidelines. Said ZPM Tama.

This was first coordination meeting among the locals, businessman, shopkeepers, building owners. The garbage management is one of the priority in our agenda and we have procured garbage truck and the fuels and other needs and requirement are being managed by the panchcayat. He said.

Any kind of donation in our are alas been banned and if someone without prior discussion serve any letter for donation in the name of union and association or any organization will not entertained. He said.

With regards to increase in drug abuse in capital complex, Tama said the drug is very dangerous and is affecting the life of our youths who are our future so to secure our future we have to remain alert and save our children form the clutch of drug abuse cases. 

The ZPM also urged upon the dwellers to pay their garbage charge to the management authority timely so that they can manage the fuel of the garbage truck properly.

Several GPC, GB, shopkeepers, building owners and shopkeepers also spoke on the occasion and put forward their grievance being faced during the business hours.
