ITANAGAR, AUG 5 ; The Taraso circle anti-corruption association (TCACA) has sought immediate constitution of independent fact finding committee on maintenance and repairing of road from Balijan-Taraso upto Ramghat under disaster risk management under Balijan sub-division of Papum Pare district.
The TCACA President Tacha John inform this daily that our organization has submitted a representation to the Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh on July 24th regarding allegedly misused of the maintenance of fund of road from Balijan to Taraso upto Ramghat (14km) of state under disaster risk management fund SDRMF 2020 which need to be investigated. Inspite of direction for constitution of Fact finding committee has been issued by AP Civil Sectt for more than two weeks ago.
We have received documents through RTI and want that Immediate enquiry in the said matter for the constitution of an independent facts finding committee to find out the ground reality and action against erring and responsible officials be taken. If involvement of corruption or mismanagement is found against responsible officers. The state government may endorse the matter to SIC for free and fair investigation. The TCAYA President said.
A separated complaint has already been submitted to SIC on April 12 to SIC for investigation into the matter. John claimed.
It is to mention that on July 20th the Department of RWD, Arunachal Pradesh civil secretariat department in a direction to the RWD Chief Engineer West Zone, Itanagar vide letter no- RWD-12022/11/2022 has directed to constituted a fact finding committee to unearth the truth of allegation leveled against Executive Engineer (RWD) Yupia division by the TCACA and sought furnishing of report at the earliest.
