Tana Hali inaugurated a community hall at Langdung

SANGDUPOTA, APRIL 7 : The Doimukh local MLA and advisor of Animal Husbandry & Dairy Development department Tana Hali Tara on Thursday has urged upon the party leaders and karyakartas to remain united and join hands with the PRI leaders and government for welfare of the people and fast track development of the area and state. He inaugurated a community hall at Langdung constructed under MLADF on the occasion.

Dedicating the community hall for the service of general public, The MLA Hali said that “I am also a karyakarta and doing the duty as a MLA on being elected by the people of the 14th Doimukh assembly constituency and shouldering the responsibility with utmost sincerity with dedication and devotion and shall continue to do so for the welfare of the people and development of the area”. He said.

In a very small tenure I have created infrastructure of more than hundred crore for water supply schemes to various villages. Several roads and bridges have been done, roads in several circles including on Rajghar road from pichola to Hollongi-Balijan-Taraso. Several bridges on the said stretch have been taken up and few are completed and some of them are at the verge of completion, the bridge at Ramghat is also in progress while bridge at Sopo is in fast track. Several PMGSY Roads are also taken up in several parts of the assembly constituency spreading in 8 circles of the district. He said.

A long pending road connecting Upper Balijan with Lower Balijan has been approved and work is in progress and soon the people of both the area can go without going to capital complex and taking a long route. He said.

Several department offices have also been establishing their offices and branches in the constituency including creating some division and sub division of the engineering department for which the people of the area will be more benefitted. He said.

There are several forces who are trying to divide the party workers and urged upon all not to do so and remain united and work in a team spirit so that several unfinished works in the constituency are taken up and put into fast track development. He also assured to support and stood behind all the time for the development of the area and welfare of the people. Hali added.

The community hall was constructed at an estimated cost of 50 lakhs and some features and items remain to be completed and MLA assured to provide the remaining 20 lakhs to complete the works with a quality.

Papum Pare district BJP President Teshi Sony, Upper Balijan ZPM Tok Hina Camdir, 14-Doimukh Mandal President Matung Paney, Sangdupota circle President Nabam Naku,  youth leader Nabam Tadap, Tok Abi among other also address the gathering.

Three gram panchayat leaders along with their supporters also joined the ruling bJP in presence of the BJP leaders of district and mandal unit president.
