Itanagar, May 11: Former Minister Jotom Toko Takam, popularly known as Toko Takam, a former MLA from Yachuli Assembly constituency in Lower Subansiri district, passed away.
Union Minister Sports and Youth Affairs Kiren Rijiju in his condolence message said that ‘ I pray to god to give strength to the family to bear the loss, I also pray the departed soul rest in peace’.
Deputy chief Minister Chowna Mein while joining the condolence said that ‘ we work together closely, he was a humble and kind gentleman, with his demise I have lost an old friend. My heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family members and pray to the almighty to comfort them in the hour of grief and pray the departed soul rest in eternal peace Mein said.

Arunachal Pradesh Legislative assembly Speaker Pasang Dorjee Sona in a message has said that he is deeply saddened by news of the passing away of Jotom Toko Takam, my heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family in the hour of grief. He said.

It is to mention that Late Jotom Toko Takam was elected as MLA in 1999 from NCP party ticket and later become Minister in Gegong Apang Ministry and was popularly known for his cordial relationship with masses across the state and other.
