Namo Kabaddi Triumph: BJP Kisan Morcha Hosts District-Level Competition in Itanagar

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Kisan Morcha, Itanagar District unit, led by President Jomo Katung, successfully organized a District-level Namo Kabaddi competition. The event, attended by notable dignitaries such as Tarh Soping, President of BJP Itanagar District Unit, saw active participation from numerous teams.

Tarh Soping, serving as the chief guest, and Kholie Tara, GPM Jollang IV, as the guest of honour, elevated the event’s significance. Gumsen Lollen, President of State BJP Kisan Morcha cum ZPM, Aalo East, also attended as a special invitee, emphasizing the importance of the competition.

Following competitive matches, BJP Yuva Morcha Itanagar District Unit emerged as the champions in Namo Kabaddi. The first runner-up position was secured by BJP ST Morcha Itanagar District Unit, with Jully Valley Youth Welfare Association claiming the 2nd runner-up spot.

The victorious team, BJP Yuva Morcha Itanagar District Unit, will now progress to the state-level Namo Kabaddi competition, proudly representing their district. This initiative aligns with the national BJP’s direction, led by J.P. Nadda, aiming to promote and foster indigenous sports throughout the country.
