IORDS and West Siang and West Kameng district administration sign MOU for three ambulance service an initiative of Union Minister Kiren Rijiju 

ITANAGAR, FEB 27 : The Indian Oil rural development society (IORDS) on Tuesday has singed memorandum of understanding (MOU) with West Siang and West Kameng district administration in connection with procurement of three nos of mobile medical unit of which two are for West Siang and one for West Kameng district.

The MOU was signed by OIRDS President Bhairab Bhuyan, Executive Director (Engineering services) represented the Oil India and Dr. Dubom Bagra, district medical officer (DMO)  West Siang administration while Dr. R D Thongchi, District medical officer (DMO) West Kameng in presence of several dignitaries including OIL Executive Director (HR & A) Rajeev Baruah, OIRDS Treasurer and Manager Finance Arup Tanti, Joint Secretary and Chief Manager (CSR) Nayana Madhu Dutta, public leaders of Dara and Nafra and others.

Speaking to media, the OIRDS President Bhuyan that the Oil India is serving the nation and North East and with regards to CSR scheme the 2% fund are being invested to the various social welfare activities and local development. We have been doing several activities in the region and Arunachal Pradesh as well. Few important project in Changlang and inspirational district Namsai and being appreciated and acknowledge by the people. He said.

Several public initiatives schemes has been implemented in Arunachal Pradesh as well. Today the MOU is signed to provide three medical mobile unit out of which two for West Sian district and one for West Kameng district and it was initiated by the union minister for Earth Sciences. He said.

The medical mobile unit will be procured and delivered to the concerned district medical officer and will be dedicated to the public services as soon as the vehicle are procured. The OIRDS President Bhuyan said.
