Illegal appointment in education department, No one will be spared- informed Education Minister Taba Tedir. 

ITANAGAR, Sep 07: The Education, cultural affairs and DIA  minister Taba Tedir on Wednesday assured the Assembly that any government officers found to be indulged in corruption will not be spared.

Tedir was responding to the question raised by Pasighat West (Congress) MLA Ninong Ering, regarding the irregularities in job recruitment in the education department during 10th Session of Arunachal Pradesh 7th Legislative Assembly.

Investigation agency is investigating the matter related to illegal appointments, due to technical problems it has been delayed. Charge sheet will be submitted after completion of the investigation. said Tedir.

After completion of investigation, action would be initiated against officers, if they are found guilty as per the Central Civil Service (conduct) Rules, he added.

A court order for reinstead for 31 person has been received and legal openion and others are under discussion he said. 

Earlier, MLA Ering questioned why the investigation was delayed and to provide the status of investigation regarding illegal appointment?

“Prima facie of the episode has been proven that the cash for job scam was done in the department of education which is a very shameful act,” said Ering. Adding that he would accept the defamation case on the same issue, if his allegation is proven to be wrong.
