Education Minister Taba Tedir attended HIMOTSAV-2022 at HIM  international school

ITANAGAR, DEC 17 : The education, cultural affairs minister and DIA Minister Taba Tedir while attending the HIMOSTAV has lauded the performance of HIM international school in several activities which include sports and academic activities. 

Tedir was addressing the 5th annual school day celebration of HIM international school as chief guest here at Jullang on Saturday and lauded the performances of the school in various sphere. The performance of the students are totally dependent quality of education imparted by trained teacher and better environment. The health and hygiene of student add to the better ambiance and environment to study and excel in the academic result. To maintain a good health daily exercise and playing of games and sports is necessary for a healthy body and sound mind. He said.

The state government has implemented the new educational policy in around 300 school of early child hood care (ECC)  and soon it will be implemented in another 3000 schools of state on phase manner so that the small children can avail the benefit of the new educational policy of the centre which is being considered. This policy is being taken up on 5+3+4 policy. Early child education is given importance and with the new educational policy the government schools will give early child education. The state government has tried to give importance to our own language as per the majority of tribe reside in the respective district of state. The Education Minister said.

During the early child hood we are trying to give mother language in first three years and later other like English and Hindi and other. With the introduction of own language it will help to protect, preserve and promote our own language. The policy has provision of trained teacher and the said teacher will evaluate the students himself. B.Ed is compulsory to become a teacher so the qualified teachers will be able to teacher the students in most better way and the quality of education will also be improved. He said.

Sports, curriculum activities and vocational training is also most important in life. Emphasizing the importance of games and sport in life, Tedir said that sports has become an industry and the state government of Arunachal Pradesh has also giving much importance and preference for sports meritorious person who bring Laurel for the society, state and nation. Job reservation has been kept for 5% in department while 10% has been kept in police so it is better if our children are good in sports we should not de-motivate them rather we should support them. Education Minister added.

HIMIS Principal Dr. Manish Mangal in his brief address elaborated all the activities and performances of school and all the activities carried by school previously. 

HIMIS Chairperson Nannu Wahge, Chief Patron Katung Wahge, Capital SP Jimmy Chiram among other officers, public leaders, social workers, representative of several schools of capital complex and partents of students were  present.

Several cultural performances were done by four house of the school and prizes were given away by the chief guest.
