Naharlagun, July 04: Capital Police conducts Mass MV Checking on Saturday at Itanagar and Naharlagun and Collects Rs 3.29 Lakhs in a day and also seizes 38 vehicles.
In the mass checking total 227 MV violators detected, 34 nos vehicles seized, and Rs. 329300/- (three Lakhs twenty nine thousand three hundred) Total fine realised.
The Mass MV checking was carried out by Capital Traffic Police led by DySP Traffic PN Jomoh assisted by Traffic team, ASP(P) Anurag Dividing IPS, SDPO Itanagar K Sikom, DySp(P) M Bole & R Obing, SI SS Jha SI LB Chetry and teams from PS.
The mass checking was started at 0800 hrs and completed at about 1330 hrs.
