ITANAGAR, NOV 18 : The Borum panchayat football team on Saturday has lift up the 5th edition of the Itanagar panchayat football tournament in the match with the Jollang panchayat football team and went away with the cash prize of Rs. 1 lakh, trophy and certificate etc.
Nabam Taju was adjudge as best player, Techi Talar as best defender. Tao Bhai was the best goal keeper while Ngumtum Bagas was declared as the highest scorer of the tournament.
BJP general secretary Tadar Niglar who was the chief guest on the occasion who kick of the match of the final match and witness the game with great enthusiasm.
The chief guest motivates the youths and players to work hard to win the race and with hard work nothing is possible on this earth. Everyone including the parents has high expectation form their ward and children so it is high time that we should not disappoint our seniors, well-wishers and parent by invoking ourselves in bad habits. He said.
Our youths are our future and to secure our bright future our youths need to work hard, study well and in case of games and sport play well and bring laurel for our community, society, state and country. He emphasis the youths to grab the opportunity of the government in case bring laurel for state and country in job reservation and at the same time playing games and sport will make you fit and fine with a healthy body and sound mind. Guest of honour, BJP spokesperson Techi Nicha also addresses the players and youths and exhorted them to become a good human being and serve the society. he appeal the youths to play games and sports and remain fit. He said.

The football tournament which began November 10 and concluded on November 18. Out of 11 panchayat seven panchayat has taken part and the final match was played between Borum and Jullang and Borum remain the winner.
