The governor can appoint a person who is qualified to be appointed as advocate general of Arunachal Pradesh. As state has lots of talented and high skill practicing lawyers  who can be fit to the post and the state government can recommend to the governor for appointment immediately. Referring to rise of cases in all the courts at Yupia including district and session court, chief juridical magistrate, Prevention of corruption act court, POCSO Court and special court it is found that the manpower which required for court to function smoothly is very less and the rate of cases in compare to other district court is quite high.. the facilities are also very limited which hamper the advocets in discharging their duty smoothly. The important is that the fees given advocates performing PP duty are not been paid timely is a matter of great concern. Said Advocate Regum.

Our team has meet the union minister Law & justice who is our Member of parliament for supporting several courts of state by providing sufficed fund for strengthening of judicial system and additional district court at Yupia and we have also apprise him of the under construction of permanent bench of high court at Naharlagun and it would be better if a independent high court is established for Arunachal Pradesh. He also appeal the Chief minister Pema Khandu to consider the genuine demand of the advocates of Papum Pare district which include appointment of AG, creation of additional court at Yupia to deal with more than 9000 cases and further increasing cases at various courts at Yupia.
