APKDSU call off Pakke kessang district bandh on Dec 13

ITANAGAR, The All Pakke Kessang District Students’ Union (APKDSU) has declared that the proposed band call given by the students union in Pakke kessang district has been called off followed by several round of discussion with the stakeholders and the distract administration and NHM in due course of time with regard to the charter of demand.

Addressing the press conference here at Arunachal Press club (APC) on Friday, the  APKDSU President Nera Gumro informed that we have an emergency meeting of the students union wherein a decision has been taken to call off the proposed  bandh call on December 13.

We have received an order from the Mission director, NHM that the recruitment process of DPMSU staff (DAM & DDM) is not as per the existing NHM ToR nor was there any specific direction from the headquarter and the whole process of recruitment to be canceled. Accordingly another direction has been issued by Pakke Kessang Deputy commissioner on December 9 to the DMO, Pakke Kessang to re-advertisement by following all government direction/guidelines.

He thanked several stakeholders who supported in resolving the issues including Tana Sanjiv Tara, Gamro Kali, Sunil Nabam and others who had been supporting the cause of the Pakke kessang district.
