All human beings who were born on this earth have to die one day, so it’s better to do some good work in the service of humanity:  MLA Techi Kaso

NAHARLAGUN,  MAY 8 : All human being and living things those who are born on this earth has to die one day but the works being carried for the humanity and public service will always remembered, said Itanagar local MLA Techi Kaso during the world red cross day celebration-2022.

Kaso while taking part in day-long celebration of ‘ world red cross day celebration-2022’ by Indian red cross society Arunachal Pradesh state unit here at Oju Welfare mission school run by Oju welfare association Papu nallah on Sunday. 

Taking part in the celebration is one of the most important occasions with the childrens of Oju Mission school most of them are orphans and are from deprived sections. They are needy and need love and affection and support from all sections of society for the better growth and we as a civilized and intellectuals need to extend such people wherever they are. He said.

The almighty has given us a beautiful life and we should try to live a beautiful and a meaningful life on this earth. Whatever a human being does on this earth is counted as everyone believes and so it’s better that we always look forward to becoming a good human being and serve the society and mankind.

Whatever we do should be like a responsibility as a good human being like a duty is for a special work. One can feel happiness when they help and support the person in needs, unprivileged class, orphans and destitute and divanjans so its a humble request to everyone to try to help them to grow.

While congratulating the red cross society state unit led by its Secretary Dr. Emi Rumi for selection of Oju Mission school and thanked the team for the service and wished them to do so for the service of humanity and lauded their efforts. Kaso added.

Kaso further assured to provide CC pavement from NH-415 to School  campus and ask the corporate Tamuk Tagiang to monitor the works so that the road last long. 

The IMC Corporator Tamuk Tagiang who attended the function as guest of honour appreciated the yeoman service being rendered by the Oju welfare association. He assured full support whenever required at any point of time.

 
Secretary, Dr. Emi Rumi said that it is a great day that we are here and celebrating the day with more than 150 underprivileged children’s of Oju welfare Mission. Our organisation has always been in the service of humanity and in emergency and stood for providing services in critical situations like for war and disaster. We shall continue to carry forward the service with a commitment to serve humanity. Dr. Rumi said

The red cross is also working on drug abuse and intervention in the service of humanity. We shall also look forward in the time of need. Dr. Rumi added.

Dr. Rumi further said that this year we are celebrating the day with them ‘ be human kind’ and accordingly we have provided 200 blankets, one month ration, dry ration and other items which we feel is necessary for the tiny tots.
OWA Chairperson Anya Ratan in her address said that the OWA is carrying out its activities for the last thirty years in the field of humankind and serving the children through education and youths through skill development. We are with the help of staffs and field workers with a limited resources are trying its best efforts in the human service and human resources and trying best effort to fulfill the dream of former  Chairperson Late Bini Yanga. She said.

As of now there are more than 200 small children who are deprived, some of them are underprivileged and received from the child welfare committee. We are working with a mission to serve humanity. He said.
Even during the Covid 19 which was a testing time the OWM was actively carrying out its activities. She added.

Senior officers of the health department, members of the red cross society state unit, staff and faculty of Oju Welfare association and others were present on the occasion.
