AAPETA sought post creation for the post of DDEE and down line officers post in elementary education directorate

ITANAGAR, JUNE 18 : The All Arunachal Pradesh Elementary Teachers Association (AAPETA) on Saturday has sought for creation of various post in separated directorate of elementary education including DDEE for all districts and regular promotion of headmaster etc. 

Addressing the media,  newly appointed AAPETA President Phill Takur said that we have a daylong meeting with several elementary teachers and newly appointed executive members. We have discussion on several long pending issues and other issues of elementary teachers. We have also made several strategy and will discuss with our parents ATA, and other organizations including the directorate of elementary education. He said.

The state government that the state government has declared the year of education, he said that the elementary education is the foundation of the education and in our state also the state government is also supporting the department. the state government should give due important to the elementary education as the elementary education is the basic and it would lead the students for a proper and quality education. He said.

The recruitment rule (RR) of the elementary teachers is immediately required and appeal the education department to immediately implemented which would systematize the system and stop corruption and also will give way and opportunity for promotion scope and stop out of turn promotion (OTP). He said.

He sought suggestion and support and guidance from all senior members of various teachers organisaiton and officers and officials of education department in improving the   education system and promotion of education scenario of state. Takur added.

The AAPETA President appeal all the executive members and members of parents organisation to guide and extend support and assured to work for the welfare fo the elementary teachers and education department at large. He said.

He sought immediate creation of district level post of the directorate of elementary education in all the district which will boost up the elementary system is foundation of education in district. He added. 

General secretary Bamar Yinyo thanks the state government led by Chief Minister Pema Khandu, Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein and Education & Cultural affairs Minister Taba Tedir for approving and implementation of pay band PB-II to PB-III which will pave way for higher pay scale and more scope to the teachers engaged in elementary education directorate. 

The newly appointed Chief Adviser Takam Sonia announced the newly appointed state executive which include Vice- president- Lisha Boje,   Lijum Bagra as Asst. General secretary, Tsering Phuntso- Finance secretary,  Habung Rebia-Secretary publicity,  Nyajum Yinio-Chief auditor, Bater Lollen-President, woman wing, Takam Sonia as chief advisor and others. 

As per information the elementary teachers comprise of teachers from Primary and Upper Primary schools. As per AAPETA sources informed that there area around 6525 teachers including 4000 of PRT and 2525-TGT.
