ITANAGAR, APRIL 16 : More than 840 patients has been treated at free Mega health camp and health awareness camp held at Yomcha in West Siang by the dedicated team of doctors, medical staffs and support staffs organised by Heema Hospital at Yomcha in West Siang from April 9-11.
Mega health camp and health awareness camp was organized by Heema Hospital in collaboration with the 50th Golden Jubilee Mopin Celebration Committee (GJMCC) Yomcha, Karka welfare society(KWS) and All Gamkak youth association (AGYA.). The doctors of Heema Hospital, TRIHMS,R.K. Mission Hospital, General Hospital Aalo & Roing participated in the Camp.
Heema Hospital Chairman cum Managing Director (CMD) Dr. Byabang Rana inform that apart of giving medical attention to thousands medical treatment was given to 840 patients, 96 Ultrasound done, 5 Minor Surgical procedures done,1 fracture plastering done,10 ECG’s done,28 Dental Extractions done,7 dental fill up,26 Cataract patient identified for Surgery, 3 ENT patients identified for Surgery,15 Minor ENT procedures done. Free Sugar tests and Hepatitis B tests were done. During the camp Free Eyeglasses (250 nos),Wheel chair(1 no), Walking sticks(3 nos), Crutches(2 nos), Hearing Aids(9 nos) & Medicines were distributed. And also 25 Gulmohar trees planted by the Doctors for preservation of Environment during the Free Mega Health Camp.
The team of dedicated doctors which include Dr. Byabang Rana, Dr. Kesang W. Thongdok, Medical Superintendent Heema Hospital (Sr. ENT Specialist), Dr. Romar Dabu (Cardiologist), Dr. Goto Gangkak (Urologist), Dr. Pura Duri (Plastic Surgeon), Dr. Taso Beyong (Medicine Specialist) Dr. T.Pakam (Medicine Specialist), Dr. Rajen Bulo (Orthopaedic Surgeon Heema Hospital), Dr. Tasso Byai (Child Specialist),Dr.Token Ete, Gynecologist Aalo, Dr. Tape Kaye, Eye Specialist from Roing and many Doctors & Staffs participated in the camp. Added Dr. Rana.
Such medical camp and awareness programme is required and Heema Hospital shall continue to conduct such medical camps in far flung areas of state. This is the 3rd such camp in 2022 itself. Dr. Rana further said.
