ITANAGAR, Aug 17: The 200 bedded multi-specialty hospital will be constructed and functionalized soon here at Ramakrishna Mission Hospital (RKMH) campus , said secretary Swami KriPakarnanda.
Talking to the media, the newly posted Secretary informed that construction of the hospital will be in full swing under the guidance of the concerned department and thanked the state government and the general public .
Acknowledging the assistant of the State government in the health sectors, he said that the hospital is trying its best to provide treatment to the needy patients who come from far flung areas including the poor and downtrodden who are in need and support of RKM and hospital.
“With the introduction of a 200 bedded super-specialty hospital, patients would be getting the best doctors and treatment,” Said Swami KriPakarnanda..
Stating RKMH is trying to give best services to the indoor and outdoor patients, he further urged upon the visitors of admitted patients to keep the environment hygienic so that the treatment and health facility is delivered in the best possible way.
The RKMH also expressed their gratitude towards the state government for dedicating newly installed Siemens Magnetom 1.5 Tesla MRI machine of the hospital to the people of the state. Apart from normal medical affairs the hospital provides outreach programmes in various parts of the state and also running a nursing school and imparting nursing training to the students of state.
The foundation stone for the 200 bedded super-specialty hospital was laid by Chief Minister Pema Khandu in the year 2021.
Since I have been posted recently, I will try my best possible way to serve the people of the state in the best possible way and will explore how music therapy is also introduced in RKMH. I assure my best services to the people and humanity and urged upon all stakeholders to extend support and cooperation for smooth functioning of RK Mission hospital in the health delivery system to the general masses.
