ITANAGAR, MARCH 20 : Two person have reportedly died in an encounter with security forces on Sunday morning at around 11 AM and one person has been sustained injury while another person has been apprehended in Tirap district. Informed Tirap Police chief K Riba.
SP Riba informed over phone to Arunachal News Live that as per information from reliable sources there has been a movement of ultras in the jungles and inputs has been received from time to time.
As per sources the forces of 6 AR in an encounter which took place near Kologoan in which two person has died and a huge catch of arms and ammunition has been found form the area. One person received an injury who has been sent to AMC Dibrugarh for treatment. Said SP.
One suspected ultra has been apprehended on the occasion. He said.
No FIR has been received so far. He said However investigation is on to establish the identification of the person who died with other information.
