Taba Tedir Spearheads Educational Transformation and Infrastructure Devt Across Yachuli

YAZALI, JAN 12: Taba Tedir, the Minister of Education and Cultural Affairs and local MLA for Yachuli, addressed a series of public meetings on Friday, inaugurating various educational infrastructures across the Yachuli assembly constituency. In the presence of public leaders and officers from different departments in Lower Subansiri district, Tedir inaugurated two men’s bachelor barracks cum teacher quarters in Pitapool circle, similar barracks in Pei village under Dodo Gram segment, and a double-storied school building in both New Pitapool and Toll under Dodo Gram segment in Yazali circle.

Numerous memoranda were presented, and Tedir assured to address all issues raised, with some to be taken up in the next session. He also pledged to complete the CC Pavement road in Potin village and a boundary wall for UPS New Pitapool.

During public meetings in Potin, Pitapool, Pei, and Toll, Minister Tedir reiterated his commitment to the constituency’s development, emphasizing his dedication to fulfilling promises made during his tenure as MLA. He expressed pride in the state’s fast-track development under Chief Minister Pema Khandu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, citing transformative projects like Donyi Polo Airport, Borum Railway station, and the trans Arunachal Highway.

Tedir, highlighting his efforts as the Education Minister and local MLA, mentioned the creation of two circles, establishment of various departmental offices, and ongoing developmental works. He pledged continuous support for the constituency’s people, emphasizing his non-political approach and dedication to development and welfare.

Discussing the proposed district ‘Keyi Panyor,’ Tedir confirmed its approval pending resolution of circle headquarters concerns. He expressed hope for the district’s creation before elections, citing the committee’s report and the newly appointed DC’s involvement.

Regarding education, Tedir acknowledged the closure of over three hundred schools due to zero enrollment and ongoing investigations into illegal teacher appointments, with 270 terminations to date. He emphasized the transparent nature of the Pema Khandu-led government and its commitment to addressing irregularities.

The event saw the presence of ZPC Likha Sanchoree, DC Vivek H.P, ZPMs, GPCs, GPMs, GBs, BJP Party leaders, public leaders, local people, officers from various departments, and SMCs.
