ITANAGAR, MAY 29 ; irk by commuters of capital complex and others on the pathetic road condition on under construction four lane road of NH-415, the Chief Minister inform that direction has been issued to the highway department and executing agency to maintain it so that the commuters do not face much problems.
Chief Minister Pema Khandu speaking to the media on Sunday said that I have information of the problems being faced by the commuters on under construction four lane road of Package-B from Papunallah to Nirjuli and Package-C from Nirjuli to Banderdewa. He said.
“ I have spoken to Commissioner PWD and taken feedback on the issues and I was informed that the handing over of Right of Way (RoW) was delayed and the process has been over recently, the work would be started soon however construction and other related work is there.” He said.
The handing over of land is over and the agreement with the executing agency has also been signed and the maintenance of the road lies with the agency. CM said.
NH-415 Package-B & C is an important highway of the state and a necessary direction has been issued to the highway department to maintain it so that the commuters do not face inconvenience and problems. If the executing agency faces a big burden then the highway department will help and support the agency in maintaining the existing road and direction has been issued. CM Khandu added.
