ITANAGAR, Apr 9 : The advocate Regum Nabam who has been re elected as president of Papum Pare district Bar association has assured to work for welfare of lawyers community of district and state as a whole.
Speaking to this daily, Advocate Regum said that it was happy moment that the layers community of district has reposed faith and the search committee who has selected me again for the post. he said adding that there are lots of challenges as the majesty high court building is under construction at Naharlagun the several courts are proceeding are being held at Yupia court. He said.
I will always try to deliver my best services to my fraternity and also try to deliver best service to the general public and needy people in various courts of the district. He added.
Adv Regum Nabam Born on 25.06.1977 at Pape Sango village under Leporiang circle, did LL.B, from North campus Delhi university during year 2007, also former General Secretary, Govt.College Itanagar during 1998-99, former Govt.Advocate, Gauhati High court, Permanent Bench Itanagar, former active students leader during 90s, he act as social engineering, working for Pan Arunachal works and well being for legal fraternity of state.
