SOHA, JUNE 28 : More than 140 local people from Soha and Namsang area has been benefited from the health camp organised by North Eastern Institute of Ayurveda & Folk Medicine Research (An Autonomous Institute under ministry of AYUSH) Pasighat.
The NEIA&FMR organised the health camp and distributed medicines and also created awareness among the locals as how to maintain a healthy body and sound mind and also suggested various way and mean to lead a healthy life. On 26th June 60 patients were benefitted from the camp which was held at Namsang while on 28th June 80 patients were benefited at Soha.
Dr. Imlikumba Medical Officer (Ayurveda), Dr. Lakhon M Hinge (Senior Research Fellow), Mr. Inubo Rochill (Junior Research Fellow), Pharmacist Sanjith Shah, Support Staff Keny Angu from North Eastern Institute of Ayurveda & Folk Medicine Research (An Autonomous Institute under Ministry of Ayush, Government of India) and loccasl of the area extended support to conduct the health camp and health awareness camp successfully.
The Minister PHED&WS,DOTCL and IT Wangki Lowang attended “Ayurveda Health Camp” held at Soha Community Hall under Soha circle of 54th Namsang ST Assembly, Tirap on 28th June’ 2023. Minister Lowang motivate the locals to maintain a good health and attend such health and medical camp and awareness camp so that the normal and routine health checkup are also done to know about the health status.
The Ayurveda Health Camp were immensely benefited for the denizens of Soha Circle and also it’s neighbouring villages of Soha Circle. The medical officers and research officers also interacted the locals.
The Aurveda health camp is a part of azadi kaa amrit mahotsav 2.0 with theme ‘ aurveda for better health’.
