NAHARLAGUN, Mar 27: The Modi Welfare Society (MWS), an NGO, headquartered at Pasighat, in a press statement today clarified that the Society has “nothing to do with the court verdict against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi”.
The MWS issued the statement refuting a news report published in a section of media including Arunachal News Live on March 26, 2023 under the headline ‘Modi Welfare Society was happy over court verdict on Rahul Gandhi’.
The MWS said if there was any such report that “may be from the aggrieved Modi members in Arunachal in their own capacity, not of MWS”.
Arunachal News Live published the news item quoting a top office bearer of MWS.
