ITANAGAR, AUGUST 29 : The Itanagar capital MLA Techi Kaso and Capital complex Deputy Commissioner Talo Potom on Monday has inaugurated newly constructed double story four room class room at Government Middle school, Niti Vihar.
Addressing the gathering on the occasion, MLA Kaso said that everyone is duty bound with a responsibility to carry and and we should always try and look forward to shoulder the responsibility in better way so that the fruits of the development are delivered to the masses. He said.
It has been observed that there are some weakness and due to which the officers, agency and contractors should have been present during the inauguration, the quality of the work was not maintained and may be it has not been properly monitored. He said.
If any responsible officer who are not interested to work in capital complex may take transfer or leave or vacate for others honourably and respectfully for those who are more dedicated and deserving people to serve the people in capital complex. He said.
Officers are here to serve the people and they shod be abide by the rules and regulation and they should shoulder the duty and implement the order of the movement in later and spirit. Kaso said.
He ask the school authority to concentrate in study so that our children’s can passes properly and have experienced from the Covid period where classes were carried by online and otherwise the one year of students would be wasted. He said

We should impart a good lesson to the children’s so that in future these children’s can become a good professional and serve the state and country and lead the state to a hew height. He said.
He also appeal the students to learn and study the education with a sincerity and commitment and become a good citizen and become a good human being and serve the state and nation
Kaso added.
Capital DC also address the gathering and impress upon the teaching community to impart quality education.
IMC Corporater Ruhi Tagung while submitting two pint memorandum on the occasion has said that the entire building campus is in bad shape and in dilapated condition and may at any time collapse and accident ay teaks place so it would be better if the state government and education department who is celebrating the year of education may take an initiative and approve for G+2 or 3 so that the problem for space for parking and morning assembly would be resolved. Since the entry of the school is in danger area and it directly toward the road and danger for the small childrens to meet road accident so it is better for making an alternated entry point and requested the DC Capital to allow for the same. Tagung added.
The Niti Vihar Middle school managing committee (SMC) Chairman Godak Bida, Headmaster Kime Don also address the gathering.
138 Bn CRPF Deputy Comandant, Asstiant commandant, IMC Ward members, local leaders and students parents were present on the occasion.
