Miscommunication and misinformation between team ANSU and Capital SP amicably resolved

ITANAGAR, 17 JUNE : The ongoing miscommunication and misinformation and misunderstanding between team All Nyishi Students Union (ANSU) and Capital SP Jimmy Chiram has been amicable resolved after meeting of the both the parts between the Home & IPR Minister Bamang Felix, Environment & Forest Minister Mama Natung and Chyangtajo MLA and former ANSU President Haying Mangfi at DK Convention center today.

Briefing the media, the Home Minister Bamang Felix said that the misconception and miscommunication which has come to newly elected team of All Nyishi students union and SP Capital Jimmy Chiram. After submission of a memorandum to the Chief Minister in this regard which has been sent to us to resolve the issue between the union and the SP Capital. Complying with the instructions of Chief Minister Pema Khandu, Felix and Natung called upon the executive members of ANSU and SP in order to clarify the unfortunate mishaps in the recent past and has been amicably resolved. Felix said.

While lauding the work carried out by the team ANSU under the leadership of President Nabam Dodum General Secretary Gora Rikam Bhai lots of social activities right form helping the needy people and Covid affected people and distribution of ration items in the capital complex and capital police led by SP Capital Jimmy Chiram has been doing the works in fight against the covid management. Felix said.

In the line of duty if SP capital or any of his officers and police personnel has hurt or touched the sentiment of the people in any language the SP has regretted the team ANSU and the team ANSU has also excepted and discussed the reconciliation and the issue has been amicably resolved. At the same time both the team ANSU and capital SP have rededicated to work for the strengthening of the society and lauded and congratulated both teams. Felix said.

May be due to massive workloads during these times of crisis, a person might sometimes lose his temper. While the representatives of the union welcomed this gesture and further resolved to work in harmony for the betterment of the society. The Home Minister added.

Environment & Forest Minister Mama Natung informs that our state having 26 major tribes and more than 100 tribes has been maintaining communal harmony and recent incident between both the Capital SP and team ANSU has been amicably resolved in the greater interest in fight against  the covid pandemic. He said.

Such spirit of brotherhood and communal harmony need to be maintained and lauded the team ANSU to continue the spirit of unity in diversity  

ANSU President Nabam Dodum informs that reconciliation or resettlement and round table meeting has a meaning. But for the welfare and the greater interest of the people, we don’t want to misuse our precious time in fighting against the government but we want to serve the society. Dodum said.

Whatever has happened has been resolved amicably and capital SP has apologized and we have also understood it and the issue has been resolved, ANSU President added.

Earlier, the ANSU team led by its president Nabam Dodum submitted a written representation to the CM and demanded transfer of SP within seven days. The union alleged that, on 9th June, when its members were on their way to the ANSU office for some urgent work, the SP verbally assaulted them near B-sector, Itanagar.
