Mega health camp organised at various parts of East Kameng district

SEPPA, Mar 25: Hundreds of people have reportedly been benefitted from the mega health camp being jointly organised by the Donyi -Polo Charitable Trust (DPCT) and Niba Hospital, Papu Nallah Naharlagun under Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives of RITES Limited, a Gurugram based Public Sector Undertaking(PSU) under the Ministry of Railways, in various parts of the East Kameng district on Friday .

The mega health camps were organised with objective to create health awareness among the people. The camps were successfully organised at Bana, Pampoli, Wessang, Rang village and Seppa respectively.

Attending the camp, Project Director DRDA, Asok Tajo stated that the mega health camp is beneficial to the people of East Kameng and Arunachal as well. Tajo encouraged the people of East Kameng to join and avail benefits from the health camp.

The mega health camp offered free health check-up, free medicines distribution, free lab tests, specialist’s doctor consultation and referrals etc. The doctors team were later felicitated by DPCT.
