Lawmakers and PRI leaders with admin visited and inspected the new site of district HQ

PALIN, Sept 18 : The two lawmakers of Kra Daadi Balo Raja and Jikke Tako and elected PRI leaders, officers from district administration, public leaders and others on Friday visited and inspected the upcoming new site of the Kra Daadi district administration in the extended township area of Palin.

Addressing the public function organized by district headquarter development committee (DHDC) was attended several public leaders and heads of department, the Palin MLA and Advisor Hydro Power Development Balo Raja said it is a happy that that our district “ Kra Daadi district” and approval of district headquarter at Palin has come into being and thanks the Chief Minister Pema Khandu and all 60 MLAs for their support. He also thanked the former lawmakers of the district Takam Sanjoy, Takam Pario and former Chief Minister for creating the Kra Dadi district for which the people of Kra daadi district are getting the administration at door step.  

The land for the proposed and new site has been donated by the locals of the area and urged upon the land donors to support the deputy commissioner and his team including the DHDC in establishment of the offices and other establishments as proposed in master plan and design and drawing.  There is no confusion of shifting of the district headquarter as almost all the heads of officers and officers were since establishment of district has been operating form Palin and after approval of the state government only it is just like an extension and all the establishment would be established as per convenient of the administration and government approval from time to time as per fund provision and approval and sanction form government for the same. The Palin town has already been declared as an urban town. With branches of SBI and treasury. Raja said. As of now we have funds for construction of one block of the offices and road. The tender for the construction of one block of the building amounting to Rs. will be done soon as asked by the concerned department to start with activities. We have around 29.65 lakhs for road construction under Chief Minister Comprehensive road plan which would be started from its boundary and the said road will be as the boundary of the district headquarter and the encroachment issue will not arise. Raja said.

Specialists for the district hospital will be sent by the state government as there was an issue for accommodation for it. After completion of TAH development in the area will also be enhanced as connectivity is the mother of all development for which we are reviewing the work progress of the TAH from time to time. Raja added.

Tali MLA Jikke Tako said that the site is virgin land and would be one of the best areas for the district headquarter and thanked the local community and NGOs for the same. There should be no issue with regards to land encroachment as there is sufficient land for establishment and settlement and then the district headquarter will develop and accordingly my assembly constituency will get development accordingly. He said.

He urged the gathering that there should be no insiders and outsiders and untimely we have to work out and support and cooperate for make the Kra Daadi a model district. Soon after completion of the TAH and other few roads in the township the connectivity of the district headquarter will be no issue. The work of the bridge connecting the Tali is also in fast progress and hope the bridge is completed before the March deadline given by the chief Minister. Tako added.

Sports Authority of Arunachal Chairman Byabang Taj while thanking the CM Pema Khandu, his team and all the 60 MLAs of state for supporting the issue and said we should without asking or getting any political mileage we should work together for a better district and state as a whole and bring the loss glory of the Palin, district and area.

Kra Daadi Deputy Commissioner Higio Tala, ZPC Charu Menia, DHDC Chairman, General Secretary, local community leaders and representatives of land donors among others also addressed the gathering and interacted with each other for proper establishment of the headquarters.
