Kaso inaugurated CC pavement road to Khoto village; Railway bridge at Lekhi is almost ready and would be opened for commuters soon

NIRJULI, SEPT 2 : The Itanagar capital complex local MLA Techi Kaso on Saturday has inaugurated a CC pavement road in Lekhi Khoto village in Nirjuli area measuring around 1 KM in presence of several eminent personalities of capital complex

Borum ZPM Tok Tama attended the function a guest of honour, Itanagar municipal corporation Ward No 19 Corporater Tarh Nachung and PWD Naharlagun Division Tana Nekam Tara attended as special guest.

Speaking to media, local MLA Kaso inform that “ since as an MLA what I feel necessary and the people who come to me and apprise of the problem either has been resolved or the work are in progress, I have tried best to construct the Cement concrete road in the entire capital complex and I have been able to achieved around 60% till date”. Year after year many colony and village are coming up and the work load to the officers and leaders has also been increased to many fold however everyone are trying their best possible effort to achieve to the desired level. He said.

Most of the public demand and major project for the capital complex has been either approved or are under process under the leadership of Chief Minister Pema Khandu and due to his blessing and support many major road and bridge project in capital complex are either completed or at the verge of completion. As of now six nos of bridge has almost been completed and few waiting inauguration. As per three road packages one has been completed 2nd is at the verge of completion while third one of Jullang road and few culverts are under progress and hope a beautiful road connecting Papunallah to Itanagar Via Jullang come up soon. Said Kaso.

The CC Pavement works will continue as many places are left out and the balance area under Package-II are in progress while few area will also be taken up. He said.

Even if I does work but all the works are for the entire capital complex and maximum nos of people can avail the benefit like of road, bridge, culvert, water supply, power supply and other but it would not at all possible until the general public extend helping hands and support so that wheat ever project approved and sanction are taken up and completed with a quality. Said Kaso.

Referring to under construction four lane NH-415 road in capital complex form Papunallah to Banderdewa, local MLA Kaso said that “ I feel sad to see huge potholes and bumpy road and on daily in social media and people speaking about, I would like to request upon the highway construction agency to fill-up the potholes and at least make the road worthy for commuters until the four lane road come up. Said MLA Kaso.

Regarding the narrow road diversion near helipad, Kaso said that already I have made inspection on both side of the said road which connect the Borum arch bridge and TAH with the Civil aviation Minister, there is very less scope for expansion without dismantling of wall and eviction in the area but I will again discuses the issue with the civil aviation authority soon and capital administration.  With regard to the railway bridge in Lekhi almost all the formalities are in completion, load test were done and soon it may be ready for use and may be opened for commuters. Added Kaso.

ZPM Tok Tama, IMC Corporater Tarh Nchung, PHED EE Teli Dutto, Power EE Tarh Janu, PWD EE Tana Nekam Tara and village development committee members also address the gathering. 

The Lekhi Khoto Village development Committee (VDC) Chairman Tadar Akap, Vice President Tarh Phassang, general secretary Tarh Mangha submitted a memorandum. on four issue which include notification of Lekhi Khoto village, provision of proper drinking water supply, construction of drainage system along the completed cement concrete road, completion of remaining portion of CC Pavement road in the village and upgradation of electrification within the village with provision of transformer etc.
