ITANAGAR, MAY 29 ; The Itanagar municipal corporation (IMC) will continue to sanitizes all the containment and Micro containment area declared by the administration and health department from time to time to contain the spread the infection of coronavirus during the Covid pandemic. Informed IMC Commissioner C Chukhu.
Commissioner informed that since the launching of the sanitizationin the capital region by the IMC Mayor Tame Phasang the IMC has been actively involved in sanitization almost all the functioning offices, financial institutions, hospitals, ATMs, markets area, police stations, Bus station, Random testing centres and other places. Now a days the IMC has also been sanitizing the areas declared as containment and micro containment zones by the administration. He said.
Apart of the containment area the IMC on requisition of Papum Pare deputy commissioner has sanitizes four containment and micro containment zones in Doimukh township, various checkgates of the capital region including the Holongi and Gumto. Commissioner said.
Today the sanitizations has been done at nineteen places in capital region which include Hotel Ashoka covid centre, DDK centre, Jullang-Richi and Ganga market containment area etc. he said
We are trying our best effort to make awareness among the citizens to maintain the SoP to stay safe from infection of the coronavirus (covid 19). commissioner added.
