IHIP (Integrated Health Information Platform) workshop cum training for 1st Batch of trainees (HWOs and ANM ic) was done today in the Conference hall of KDS District Hospital Tawang in presence of Dr Wangdi lama,DMO, Dr N.Namshum and Dr Sangey Thinley,District surveillance officer.
The same training will be given to second batch of trainees comprising all the Specialist,Medical officers,Nursing officers, Lab technician and Pharmacists tomorrow.Dr Sangey Thinley,DSO informed that the real time reporting with Geospatial/Geocordinates of the Sick persons and death will be done from all the health centres to strengthened the disease surveillance system. Govt of India has notified the national launch of IHIP on 1st April 2021 by involving more than 43 diseases including COVID-19.
The real time reporting of Diseases will help in preventing all the preventable and communicable diseases like Covid-19 and other similar Diseases in near future.No Diseases and death will go unnoticed informed Dr.Sangey Thinley.
