Khadro Drowa Zangmu,District Hospital Tawang conducted free Mega health camp under Mukhya mantri Rogi kalyan kosh (MMRK) at Mogto PHC. Free services of Specialist doctors like ophthalmology, Gynaecologist, orthopaedic,Medicine,paediatrician,dental and laboratory testing, enrollment under CMAAY, PMJAY were provided during the camp.
201 patients availed the above free services in today’s health camp. 40 laboratory tests, 36 refraction tests with free distribution of spectacles,28 numbers of ECG, 21 VBD (vector borne disease)Screening and 20 families enrolled under PMJAY and CMAAY Schemes.
Similar free health camps under MMRK were Organised in various interior villages of Lungla sub division last year,and last saturday the free health camp was organised at Khyed village.
These free health camps under MMRK will continue on every saturday,to reach the poor villagers who are not able to avail facilities available in KDS District Hospital due to one or other reason,through these camps we are trying to provide health services and facilities available at District hospital at the doorstep of our villagers informed Dr. Thuten Tsering, duty Nodal Officer MMRKK Free health camp KDS district Hospital Tawang.
