DC Rana appeal all stake holder to submit report to make Bomchi Bomte village into a vibrant village

KIMIN, JAN 21 : The papum pare Deputy Commissiiner Sachin Rana alongwith HoDs on Saturday visited Bomchi Bomte village of Kimin circle to take stock of present status and situation with regards to development and public welfare.

The team led by DC Rana has reached on vehicle crossing several rivers and nallah on it way. They also carried footmarch of around 1and half hour to reached the village.
Addressing the public function  DC said that the priority of the state government and district administration is always for the development of area and welfare of people.


I do feel after reaching the village and find that the connectivity is mother of all development so connectivity issue may be resolved. I have spoken to officer of RWD and a scheme has been proposed. He said.


He  directed the ADC B Nyorak and Circle officer Nabam Tarang to carry out proper survey of the house, household and family and other information of the village and submit the report immediately. He emphasis that the orchid of Kimin need to be given promotion to other private sectors. He said.


He inform that a Sewa Apke dear need to be conducted at Bomchi Bomte in special case so that the locals of the village get the benefit of the administration at the door step. Said DC Sachin Rana.


The DONER jt secretary who wanted to visit the village for NEC fund and its update. But due to monsoon the visit could not the materialized however the meeting with all the stakeholders holders was done. But on the basis of the direction of Government of India today the team of allmost all the officers has made visit and meet and interacted the villages and discussed about the problems and grievances. He said.


We can make the Bomchi Bomte village a vibrant village so it is necessary that all the line department do their work properly and try to help and support the village so that the villagers become self dependent and maintain sustainability. The DC added.


BJP Spokesperson Nabam.Vivek in his address said that we should not go for development at the cost of nature. We want development  for our livelihood and sustainability and to live with all facilities but we should see that we should always live in nature friendly atmosphere and so we not only carry rampant Deforestation and avoid hunting and killing of wild animals. He said.


He appeal the villagers to live in nature friendly environment and also carry plantation across the habitat areas. He assured to take up issue at any plateform.


APSCS&T Jt Director Bamang Apo said that the team of scientist and officers are here at Bomchi Bomte for last four days and on explorations of flora and fauna. The scientist from Earth science, Science and technology, space research and others have been taking samples on various issues and will submit the report to department and government for further consideration. He said.

Kimin ADC B Nyorak inform that the Bomchi Bomte village of which the survey was done by locals in 1999 and since then the village was established and is also a census village as per 2011 census. One Anganwadi centre is functioning, one lower primary school was there but defunct. The village is still to be connected by proper road communication and without basic amenities. He said.
Whatever is possible from the local administration will be supported. The ADC added.

APSC& T Chairman Bamang Mangha, Kimin ZPM Bamang Yayu also address the gathering.
A pledge was also sworn into by the magistrate and Circle officer in present of Kimin ADC and Papum Pare DC that from today onward the hunting will be totally banned. Will work for protection and conservation of forest and wildlife for better environment and sustainability
