DC appeal those who have not vaccinated to vaccinate themselves

ITANAGAR, MAY 31 ; The Capital Complex Deputy Commissioner Talo Potom has appeal all people of capital complex including rural and urban area of those who has not been vaccinated themselves till date to get them vaccinated of Covid vaccine.

Briefing the media through video conferencing late evening, Potom said that we have sufficient numbers of covid vaccine in stock for capital region. As of now I have information that around 25000 doses of covid vaccine are in hands for both for targeted groups of aged above 45 years and also for aged above 18-44 years. Potom said.

The main purpose of the lockdown is to carryout several important activities including the random testing for Covid 19 through RAT test, tracking of patients, contact tracing activities, treatment to those who need treatment and vaccination. Potom said.

The vaccination drive is better in compare to other parts of state but the capital complex is having the highest population and hop-e that every individuals including young and old those who have not been vaccinated till date may come up to the vaccination centers and get them vaccinated according to time and place in various parts of capital complex. Potom said.  

Meanwhile, Capital DMO Dr. Mandip Perme inform that the Covid vaccination centres (CVC) and outreached session (ORS) programme in Itanagar capital complex for the 1st week of the June has been made in nine different places and every one across the capital complex can avail the benefit and facility.

The covid vaccination facility has been made available at PTC Banderdewa dispensary, Urban Public health centre Karsingsa,  Rakap Urban Public health centre at Old Art & Culture building at Naharlagun, TRIHMS at old Art & Culture office building at Naharlagun, Itafort UPHC at Ashoka Hotel,  RK Mission Hospital, Chimpu UPHC, Borumn UPHC and Tago Memorial hospital at Nirjuli. DMO added.
