Itanagar, The Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) Arunachal Pradesh organized Seminars on “Good Governance Day”. The day is also celebrated as the 97th Birth Anniversary of Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Former Prime Minister of India. The day was created to honor the former Prime Minister of India Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee by fostering awareness among the Indian peoples of accountability in government and day’s acts as a reminder to the present Govt. Around 170 youth from Papum Pare and Capital Complex took part in the seminar.
The Seminar was conducted at DK Convention Pare Hall Itanagar today. The aim of organizing the seminars is to create awareness and citizens of the state know about the duties and responsibilities of the governance. Through this seminar, every citizen should know about the Central and state Govt. achievements and many flagships programs. The programme was well-Come Address by Biki Nile Vice-President BJYM cum Convenor of the Programme.
During the Seminars, Dr.Tangor Tapak Advisor to CM (Former State President BJP) attended as a resource person. He highlighted the brief history of Atal Bihari Vajpayee and its journey in political careers. He informed that Vajpayee was the most favorite leader of the Nation and also founder leader of BJP. He was also empowering the Nation and empowered the economic growth of the country. Dr. Tapak also addressed the achievement of Modi Govt and 20 years of Modi as head of government. He informed the central Govt. under the powerful and visionary leadership of Narendra Modi Prime Minister many schemes and policy were implemented for the betterment of peoples, Like Jan Dhan Yojana Ujjawal Yojana, Udan Scheme,Swachha Bharat Abhiyan ,Ayushman ,Beti Bachao,Beti Padhao Jal Jeevan Mission and many countless policies.
He said that PM Modis 20 years of Govt.landmark initiatives were taken and transformed the government. During his tenure as the head of the Govt.not only did PM Modi strive hard to undo the errors of past by abrogating Article 370, but also to chalk out a brighter future for the country by bringing about several policies and today the dawn of a Naya Kashmir under the Prime minister Modi leadership.
He also informed that, PM Modi is extremely committed and controlled the spread of COVID-19 pandemic. Today,India is the most equipped Nation and exports the PP Kites and vaccine to other countries.
During the seminars Takam Tagung State President Khreeda Bharati (Former President AAPSU) spoke about Swachha Bharat Abhiyan and its importance. He appealed to all the citizens to create awareness about swachhata and every citizen should ensure hygiene across the state. He also appealed that cleanliness is the most important and people should change their mindset, come forward to make a clean and Green Nation.
He informed us that Swachhta is a great initiative by Modi, PM of India and we all support the mission at the grassroot level. The Main objectives of Swachh Bharat are to inform the citizens of the country of their utmost priority and responsibilities towards cleanliness in nearby surroundings. During the seminars Bank Manager ICICI Itanagar Branch spoke and informed that, Digital Payment and Digital transaction is most important in this New India.He appreciates the central Govt. initiatives for digital India. He also informed that, Digital Payment is a new way to check Black Money and its need to promote and encourage digital payment in the country and every citizen has heeded to.
The Programme was also attended by, Ram Tajo President BJYM Arunachal Pradesh unit, Aruna Jyoti Hazarika National Secretary BJYM cum Incharge Arunachal Pradesh, Ritemso Manyu and Dolang Tako State General Secretaries and Delegates from Papum Pare and capital city unit.
