APTTA celebrated teachers day, donated more than 70 units of blood for the humanity 

ITANAGAR, SEPT 5 : The Arunachal Pradesh technical teachers association (APTTA) on Tuesday celebrated teachers day in befitting manner across the state. The celebration was organised at various location which include at RGGPI Itanagar, Namsai, Pasighat and Tezu where all the teaching faculty and students of all the six polytechnic take part and also attended mega blood donation camp on the occasion.

The APTTA President bengia Tadey inform the media that the blood donation camp was a part of teachers day celebration and almost all the teaching fraternity and students community has taken part combined two three Institute at a location like of Polytechnic institute of Dirang and Laying has jointly celebrated the day at RGGPI Itanagar. Accordingly the day was celebrated at Pasighat, Roing and Polytechnic of Namsai and Tezu celebrated jointly and at all location the blood donation camp was orgasnised to motivate the upcoming youths and students community to know about the need of blood in life and a life saving. Said Tadey.

It is a happy occasion not only for the teachers but the students community also wholeheartedly participated and take part in the day long porgramme which was lauded by every individual who was part of celebration on the day. The day will be remembered by all as on the day we all have enthusiastically decided to contribute and donate blood to save life and so far we have success and this was our first step and there is mile to go. As per information more than 70 units of blood has been donated on the occasion which include 43 at RGGPI, Itanagar.
