APKDSU & PDIF served five days ultimatum to NHM to publish advertisements of several posts

ITANAGAR, All Pakke Kessang District Students’ Union (APKDSU) and Pakke Kessang District Intellectual Forum (PDIF) served a five days ultimatum to the Mission Director National Health Mission (NHM) to publish advertisements as per the office memorandum.

For newly created district such as Shi – Yomi, Kamle, Capital Complex, Kra-Dadi, Lepa Rada and Pakke kessang Mission Director NHM has allocated posts of District Account Manager (DAM), District Community Mobiliser (DCM) and District Data Manager (DDM) but ironically same has been altered in case of Pakke-Kessang district, said Nera Gumro president APKDSU while addressing a press conference here at Arunachal press club (APC).

DAM has been altered as Block Account Manager (BAM), DCM as Block Community Mobiliser (BCM) and DDM as Block Data Manager (BDM) with pay scale of Rs. 17000 respectively against Rs. 38000-60000, Rs. 30000-50000 and Rs. 30000- 50000,  he added.

“Other districts have already advertised the same posts as it was mentioned in the office memorandum but only the advertisement of Pakke Kessang has been tempered which is a great concern,” lamented Gumro.

Tempering of advertisement has invited unnecessary sentiments for the unemployed youths and students, as the district is already going through the crises of unemployment, said APKDSU and PDIF.

They disclosed to initiate legal action followed by rigorous democratic movement if the demands are not addressed at the earliest.

When contacted health and family welfare, (NHM) secretary, P Parthiban told this daily that he is unaware of the scene. However he assured to look into the matter as soon as possible.
